Kathryn has been involved in real estate in some capacity for more than 25 years and specializes in all aspects of land use consulting, construction permitting, project feasibility for both commercial and residential projects, as well as feasibilities for the purchase and sale of properties.
In addition, Kathryn manages and oversees the day-to-day operations of the company.
She also currently represents District 7 on the Pierce County Planning Commission.

Mike is a Washington State licensed on-site septic designer and provides onsite septic engineering services for both residential and commercial projects. He uses his years of experience and knowledge to apply a no-nonsense approach to land development.
